The Bacurato Swimmer is tournament proven to deliver big Bass when they stay near the bottom, such as during the cold season. The lure's standard weight is 1.3oz (38g), so that it can be fished as deep as heavy weighted spinnerbaits without the bulk. The body and jig head are designed not only for slow rolls in deep water, but for triggering reaction bites when hitting rocks as well. Its Texas rig-weedless design also enhances bump and roll tactics.The bottom of the Bacurato Swimmer body is flat, and the lure is weighted so that it ‘sits up’ when resting at the bottom. This simulates a baitfish that pecks at the bottom without falling over.
