Country of Delivery
Japan Fishing Tackle Webstore delivers to all countries of the world, except for countries of South America. Once the order is confirmed, the address provided by the Buyer for receipt of the order can no longer be changed. Neither the carrier nor Japan Fishing Tackle may be held liable if the order cannot be delivered on account of a mistake in the delivery address (post office boxes cannot be listed as a delivery address).
Delivery is made under the following conditions:
With tracking number, delivery is dispatched by Japan Post and is handovered to the post office in each country. (i.g. USPS of USA, Chronopost of France, Posteitalane of Italy, Correos of Spain etc.) The parcel will only be handed over directly to the intended recipient against signature. If the intended recipient is absent, a notice of attempted delivery will be placed in the recipient’s letterbox. It is possible to contact each deliverer to arrange a second delivery attempt (see contact details in the notice of attempted delivery).

– USA: 5 to 8 working days*
– Europe: 4 to 9 working days*
– Russian Federation: 9 working days*
– Middle East : 11 to 13 working days*
– Oceania : 6 to 7 working days*
– Asia 5 to 11 working days*
The Buyer may track the deilvery at any time on the websites of Japan Post, or of DHL, or of FedEx using the tracking number previously provided in the e-mail notifying dispatch of the parcel.
*as from the date on which Japan Fishing Tackle hands over the parcel to the carrier. (We normally handle witin 24 business hours in weekday and do not ship on weekend and Japanese public holidays.) All standard deliveries will be longer due to unexpected disaster etc.

Delivery charges are calculated at check-out page.
The amount of the delivery charges will be indicated under the tab “basket” and is subject to the approval of the Buyer prior to the validation of any order.
All our dispatches outside JAPAN are before tax. The taxes are due upon receipt of the parcel, according to the applicable laws in the destination country. Any customs duties and levies shall be borne by the Buyer.
Provided the products are still in their original packaging and have not been used scrached, adjusted and dirtied, the Buyer may cancel the order within 15 days of the delivery of the order.

Products must be sent together with the invoice (contained in the delivered parcel);
The costs of the return will be borne by the customer. We advise you to use the following courier services: DHL, FedEx or UPS. The “return” courier expenses are borne by the Buyer.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, the Buyer will be informed by e-mail of the processing of his or her request. Japan Fishing Tackle reserves the right to refuse returned items in the following cases:
– returns outside the time limit (after 15 working days)
– returns that are not consistent with the stipulations, given that products must be returned in their original packaging and state.
After your returned parcel is received and validated, you will be refunded within 15 working days, and you will receive a comfirmation e-mail. The Buyer will be reimbursed for the full cost of the products returned and the “first dispatch” delivery charges in accordance with the Specified Commercial Transactions Law of Japan. The dispatch costs of the “return” will still be borne by the Buyer. If you wish to exchange a product, you will have to request a refund and place a new order.
WHEN Parcel came damaged
All the products given to the carrier by the Japan Fishing Tackle are and remain in an excellent state. In the event of delivery of damaged or incomplete goods, the Buyer should refuse the delivery and state his or her reasons on the delivery slip. The Buyer must then inform Japan Fishing Tackle by e-mail to email@example.com, requesting a new delivery that fits the order, with dispatch costs to be borne by Japan Fishing Tackle, or the cancellation of the order and a refund.
WHEN Received a defective article.
We attach particular importance to the quality of our products and we are very attentive to the opinions of our customers. If you consider the article received to be obviously defective, please return it to us at the address given by customer support:
Please include the invoice which you will find in your parcel, specifying return reason: “defective article”.
The “return” dispatch expenses are borne by the Buyer. However, if the article is indeed found to be defective, you can send the carrier’s invoice by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to obtain a refund of the dispatch costs.
As soon as your return is received, we will send the article concerned to our quality control service, which will be charged with determining why this has happened. If it is indeed a manufacturing defect, we will offer you an exchange or, as you prefer, a refund for your item.
