A Flat Soft-plastic That Resists Rising During Drag and Creates a Spiral-fall

1. Catches more fish because it stays down during drags and produces an enticing spiral-fall

After countless observations through his FFS screen, B.A.S.S. Elite pro angler Fujita confirmed two critical facts:
First, "after hitting bottom, soft-plastics that don't float up during a drag create less fishing line tension awareness, resulting in more bites."

Second, "a spiral-fall generates more chases and bites than a straight fall" (Amazingly, FFS clearly shows bass spiraling as they chase the spiraling soft-plastic!)

With these insights, Jackal and Pro Fujita set out to develop "a flat soft-plastic that resists rising during drags while creating an excellent spiral-fall." The result is the SHIBO FLAT, featuring ribs on one side to prevent rising and a flat surface on the other to enhance the spiral-falling action.

The completed SHIBO FLAT performs a spiral-fall and drag that makes it appear to swim independently rather than being pulled by the fishing line.

2. The tail's subtle movements attract bass during both fall and drag

The tail features ribs on both sides that grip the water, continuously attracting bass with its vertical movements and fluttering ridges whether during the fall or while being dragged.

3. The textured surface created by the "shibo" processing generates a lifelike appearance

True to its name, the SHIBO FLAT features a fine textured surface created through "shibo" processing. This eliminates the artificial glossy sheen of smooth surfaces, instead producing subtle light reflections too fine for human perception—mimicking the appearance of living creatures.
