The MF Blythe is a new type of hard topwater bait that imitates a dying baitfish by floating sideways on the surface, completely concealing the hook from bass. This bait shines when small baitfish, which are sensitive to temperature changes, float listlessly on the surface during sudden temperature drops like early spring. With its ultra-slim 2.6" body floating and quivering on the surface, it looks so realistic that not just bass, but even humans might mistake it for the real baitfish. When bass move up to the shallows to spawn but are still sluggish due to cold water temperatures, they won't hesitate to strike the MF Blythe as it perfectly mimics a dying baitfish.

2. Jointed body design increases casting distance and hookup ratio

The jointed body wasn't adopted to create flashy action. Rather, TH Tackle believes that when imitating a dying baitfish, the body should maintain a straight position rather than bend. While the MF Blythe keeps its body straight when resting on the surface, during casting and strikes the body folds, becoming more compact to improve both casting distance and hookup ratio.

3. Recommended dropshot hook & size

The MF Blythe is designed to be used with a dropshot hook (hook not included).
Thread your line through the hole at the front of the lure and tie on a hook where the line exits the body slit.
