A chunk-style soft plastic designed to surpass Pork Chunks

1. Replicating the prolonged action of Pork Chunks with a soft-plastic trailer

The AK Chunk is a chunk-style trailer designed to surpass the action of Pork Chunks. It was designed by none other than the inventor of Neko-rig: Haruhiko Murakami.

To recreate the Pork Chunk's distinctive swaying motion with its significant lingering action in a soft-plastic, the tail section was made extra thick with deep zigzag grooves added. The results speak for themselves in the video.

The AK Chunk demonstrates its true value when paired with the AK Rubber Jig, which was developed simultaneously with its "tip-over design." Unlike conventional rubber jig + trailer combinations, it doesn't maintain a stand-up posture but repeatedly "stands up" and "tips over," continuing to attract bass even after reaching the bottom.

2. Legs positioned at different angles stir the water to appeal to bass

The AK Chunk features three pairs of legs. These legs are positioned at slightly different angles from each other, creating complex, varied water disturbances underwater.

3. Creating a bottom walking-the-dog action when combined with the AK Rubber Jig

By attaching it to the AK Rubber Jig, which was developed simultaneously, you can create a walking-the-dog action on the bottom. This allows you to appeal to bass multiple times over short distances.

4. Also works exceptionally well with Ne-uwo-dama and Texas rigs

The AK Chunk can certainly be used on its own as well. When doing so, using the Multi Offset Hook developed by AK Chunk creator Haruhiko Murakami is recommended.
