Returning to legendary Japanese angler YUKI ITO’s vision of matching the lure to the baitfish in the lake, the X-80 Trick Darter is an 80mm handmade jerkbait offering enhanced jerkbait performance. The 80mm size is close to Japanese baitfish, making it a minnow that can be used anywhere in Japan. Incorporating the same moving balancer system as the X-70, with a body height 1.7 times that of conventional minnows, the X-80 Trick Darter is highly appealing even though it is smaller.

The charm of The X-80 Trick Darter is that it boasts appealing power, unlike small minnows, due to its wide body ‘shiner’ form. Since the body height is larger, it has enhanced fluttering and flushing action. The flushing action when rolling is very large, and compatible with the 110mm size of the OneTen.
