The Speed Vib is a lipless crankbait designed to elicit reaction strikes by perfecting the contrast between lift and drop.
On the lift, it produces a sharp rolling action that moves a lot of water, while on the fall it drops in an extremely natural manner. To achieve this contrast, the weight of the body, which is key to the action, has been minimized to the extreme and the weight is positioned on the outside.
Its high responsiveness to line tension allows it to effectively draw to bass even with short retrieval distances.

The Speed Vib produces two types of action depending on the line tension during the fall. With a slight amount of line tension, it swims facing forward while executing a curving drop. If you lift it completely until the action stops and then suddenly release all line tension, it will drop while sliding erratically. These unpredictable actions trigger bass's reaction strikes.

4. Choose the TN38 when bass activity is low, and the Knockin' Jaw when more impact is needed

The action power of the Speed Vib is positioned between the extremely finesse TN38 and the powerful Knockin' Jaw. By selecting the TN38 when bass activity is low and the Knockin' Jaw when you want to make the bait more aggressive to help distant bass locate it more easily. you can adapt your approach to the situation.
